Initiatives made by Training and Placement Department
Regular Personality development programs:
- Personality Development Programs are organized by the Training and Placement Cell for the overall development of the students so that they be at their best at the time of placements.
Online Aptitude Tests:
- Online aptitude tests are uploaded on the website on weekly basis. They are arranged so the students can practice the tests before the placements.
Guest Speakers and Industrial visits:
- The Training and Placement department arranges industrial visits of the students and guests lectures by distinguished experts in various disciplines from the Industry and Academia.
Industry Liaison/Tie Ups:
- The Training and Placement department regularly works for industry liaisons and tie ups to maintain regular relationships with the industry houses to ensure maximum placements
Career Counseling :
- The motive behind this career counseling is to provide adequate information regarding career opportunities so that the students can choose the right career path that shall gainfully exploit their skills and talents.
Industrial Training:
- The Training and Placement Cell arranged six weeks practical training after the fourth semester and six months industrial training after the sixth semester, which are pre-requisites to ensure professional growth of the students and for their placement.
